In order to preserve the company's reputation and to prevent any organisation from making misleading or inaccurate statements about the Company, the Product or the performance of the Product: third parties are restricted from using, logos, photographs or copy-written text in any advertising, promotional material, presentation or electronic medium, for any purpose, that does not originate from the Topog-E website. Other than using material that is accessible from the download section of the Distributor Extranet (which gives access to photographs, performance data, sample PowerPoint presentations and other literature items), third parties must seek the written permission of Topog-E or the Region Manager to use downloaded items.

The right for the Distributor to utilise any of the content from the Download section of the Distributor Extranet provided as part of the Topog-E web site ( www.topog-e.com ) is granted under the terms of the Authorised Distributor Agreement, for as long as that Agreement shall be in force.
